You deserve to feel as strong on the inside as you appear on the outside.
You’re ambitious, driven, and used to excelling—but living with an invisible illness like an autoimmune condition can make even the smallest tasks feel overwhelming.
You’re used to pushing boundaries and reaching goals—but when you’re managing a chronic illness, the constant hustle can lead to burnout.
Hi, I’m Paige. I help high-achieving women find a sustainable balance between ambition and well-being. I educate and empower fellow success-driven females using education, personalized support, and practical strategies that have helped me navigate my own chronic illness journey over the past 30 years.

Not everyone may understand what it's like to experience an autoimmune disease, struggle with an eating disorder, or have a strong history of perfectionism and people pleasing. That said, these happen to be common struggles among high achieving women.
What every person CAN relate to is feeling like no one understands. So many people assume that if they share what's going on in their private world that no one will get it or, even worse, that they’ll be viewed as defective. It's a fallacy that keeps us trapped.
Hey, I’m Paige!
I'm an MBA-edcuated woman with over a decade of experience in the fintech space. I’ve worked in payments partnership at Etsy, Facebook, and Cash App to name a few. I’m a hard worker, high achiever, and growth minded individual who is passionate about helping other women excel in their career.
That’s the side of me that most of the world has seen to date, but I’m also an autoimmune warrior, eating disorder survivor, recovering people-pleaser & perfectionist, and writer who recently launched a podcast.
I help high-achieving women who struggle in the shadows with invisible issues like autoimmunity, disordered eating, perfectionism, and people pleasing. This may sound super specific and rare, but after doing this work for some time I can confidently say the frequency of this particular bundle of problems is anything but scarce. I’d go as far as to way it’s an invisible epidemic among success-driven women.
It can be tempting to go all in on the latest wellness trends, especially as a high achiever with a tendency to think in black and white. It’s problematically easy to shift your laser like focus from your academic and career accomplishments to finding and executing the “perfect” diet, exercise routine, healing modality, or spiritual practice. If you’re type A, it’s almost a given.
SPOILER ALERT - There is no perfect solution or one size fits all. The beauty is in the flexibility, the evolution, and the unique quality of our health journeys. Our circumstances are unique, and therefore our approach to better health will always be unique.
